Whether you’re working on getting off the ground for the first time or refining your pop for maximum height and consistency, this program will give you the tools to pop like a pro and set yourself up for future progression—including flip tricks.

Who This Program Is For

This program is for all levels—but it’s not for the faint of heart. If you’re a beginner, you’ll be glad you took the time to learn popping the right way. If you’re more advanced, this program might just unlock the doors you’ve been knocking on for a while.

How It Works

This is a six-week program with three sessions per week. Each week is repeated twice before moving on, ensuring every skill becomes second nature before progressing to the next level.
