Skate IQ Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final on Downloaded Content
Because our products are delivered digitally, any product that has been accessed or downloaded is non-refundable.
When We Do Issue Refunds
We will consider refund requests in the following situations only:
- You never received access - if a technical or delivery failure prevented you from accessing your purchase
- Duplicate or accidental charge - if you were charged more than once for the same product
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your request through our help desk at info@skateiq.com and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We respond to all refund requests within 1–3 business days.
What We Don't Refund
- Change of mind or lack of use
- Programs, or PDFs that have been downloaded
- Purchases outside the 30-day window
